2) First come first serve basis. Buyers who can make immediate payment will be given preference
3) All items are absolutely new and in excellent condition
4) Buying at your own risk
5) No negotiations allowed
6) No refund/ exchanges/ cancellation/ change of order after transactions are made
7) We will only reserve the item(s) for a maximum of 3 days. If there is no reply, it will be available to others
8) We will not be responsible for any lost or damage during delivery
9) Advance payments are required for reservation/restock item
10) Should we fail to restock, a FULL REFUND will be made
11) Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the piece of the items. Remaining charges will be paid by us!
